REFUND & RESCHEDULE POLICY

All programs EXCEPT Teen Crash Avoidance Class

If you wish to reschedule a class or receive a refund, you must contact us more than 3 days prior to your scheduled class date.  A $5.00 service fee will be charged to all refunds that are not a result of a class cancelation.

There is a $25 fee to reschedule or receive a refund within the 3 days prior to class.

Your class fee will be forfeit if you have not requested a refund or reschedule prior to the day of class.

GIFT CERTIFICATES

You may reschedule your class if using a gift certificate if you provide more than 7 days notice.   Gift Certificate classes may not be rescheduled in the week prior to class.
